We are building the most credible solar (PLTS) contractor directory in Indonesia. For the first batch, we invite 50 verified contractors to become Founding Contractors — anchor authorities we highlight from day one of the public directory launch.
Why does anchor authority matter in the cold-start phase? A new contractor directory is hard to trust without proof. When a homeowner in Jakarta or a factory procurement manager in Bekasi lands on SolarPlanner, they look for a signal that the platform is not empty — not just a landing page with no supply side. Fifty verified contractor names in the first batch are that trust signal: evidence that serious operators are committed from day one, before we fully turn on organic traffic and demand generation.
Strict verification, not “any contractor can join”. Founding Contractor curation is multi-stage: an active NIB (business registration number) + NPWP (taxpayer ID), a portfolio review of at least 3 documented solar projects (installation photos, kWp capacity, location), references from 2 past customers, and public blacklist checks (DPO Kemenkumham, international sanctions, the LKPP procurement blacklist). Our verification bar is high because the platform's reputation is tied to every name shown in the directory — once a problematic contractor slips through, homeowners' and industrial procurement teams' trust in the entire directory erodes.

After the complimentary period: a transparent pricing trajectory. After your 3-6 complimentary months end according to your slot tier, the default behavior is automatic downgrade to the Free tier (Rp 0 — basic listing in 1 area, with profile + portfolio + reviews kept intact). To continue to a paid tier — Starter Rp 149rb/month, Growth Rp 499rb/month, or Premium Rp 1.5jt/month with a 24-month lock-in commitment — you opt in explicitly and in writing. No auto-charge. No silent-billing dark patterns. No manipulative emails near the end of the complimentary period that trigger a default payment.
Why only 50 slots? Because in the Y1 cold-start segment, our operational capacity for multi-stage verification curation + responsive customer service is limited — we are a solo founder plus a small onboarding team still building the playbook. Fifty slots is a number we can serve at full quality, not a marketing figure. Expansion to 100 slots comes in Y2 once the onboarding team matures and the verification SOP is proven on the first batch.
PT Solar Planner Indonesia is currently in the incorporation process (deed, NIB business registration, corporate NPWP tax ID). Target go-live: Q3 2026 (July-September 2026).
Until the company is live, we WILL NOT collect payment. The reason is simple: an invoice without a corporate NPWP = fiscal risk for you (it cannot be claimed as a legitimate expense) and for us (personal tax exposure for the founder + the “sewa bendera” / flag-renting risk under Company Law UU PT 40/2007).
We chose the waitlist model so that all later billing is fully compliant. Your reservation today = a priority slot when we open formal activation in Q3 2026.
Concrete numbers for context: if the invoice is in the founder's personal name (pre-incorporation), you as a B2B contractor cannot claim this expense as legitimate in your books — your tax auditor will disallow it. On our side, the income falls under progressive personal income tax PPh 21 (top brackets: 30% for taxable income of Rp 500jt-5M and 35% for taxable income above Rp 5M per UU 7/2021 HPP Article 17), versus the flat 22% corporate income tax rate via a PT. The effective 8-13 percentage-point spread × listing-fee volume = hundreds of millions of rupiah in lifetime difference per contractor. Compliance discipline is not jargon — it is concrete math.
Against “sewa bendera” (flag-renting). Sewa bendera — an Indonesian industry term for a business entity without an SBU (construction business license) borrowing another party's SBU in order to join tenders — carries criminal risk under Criminal Code (KUHP) Article 263 on Document Forgery (maximum 6 years' imprisonment) and/or KUHP Article 378 on Fraud (maximum 4 years' imprisonment) where there is intent to deceive the client. In addition, the Construction Services Law UU 2/2017 (Article 98) provides administrative sanctions ranging from written warnings and administrative fines to license suspension and license revocation. Operating a solar contractor marketplace in a personal name pre-incorporation, then forwarding invoices to a PT yet to be created, sits in an ambiguous zone very close to that pattern. We choose the long waitlist road so this ecosystem is clean from the start — not a shortcut that stores up long-term legal risk.

Founding Contractor is a Y1 launch promo with a complimentary (free) tier for 3-6 months according to your slot. After the promo ends, the default is a downgrade to the Free tier — not an auto-charge. If you want to continue to a paid tier (Low Rp 149rb / Mid Rp 499rb / High Rp 1.5jt per month), you opt in explicitly. The regular Listing Fee has no complimentary period.
There are no consequences whatsoever. This reservation is a pure expression of interest — not a contract. When the company is live and we offer you your slot, you have 30 days to accept/decline/stay silent. Silence = decline by default, and the slot moves to the next in queue. There is no penalty.
Quite the opposite — we chose the waitlist model precisely out of compliance discipline. PT Solar Planner Indonesia is still in the incorporation process (deed + NIB + corporate NPWP). A pre-incorporation payment = an invoice without a corporate NPWP = not claimable as a legitimate expense for you, plus personal tax exposure for the founder. We refuse a shortcut that carries fiscal risk. This discipline is a signal that we take compliance seriously.
Default: first-come, first-served by reservation order. Slots #1-5 = High tier (6 months complimentary), Slots #6-25 = Mid tier (6 months), Slots #26-50 = Low tier (3 months). Total 50 slots. For the final allocation, we also consider geographic distribution (where a region is under-supplied), portfolio quality, and community recommendations (e.g. AESI members).
We will email a transparent monthly update to everyone in the reservation queue. You can withdraw voluntarily at any time without penalty. If it slips beyond Q1 2027, the founder + the HORIZON team will trigger a strategy review — options to restructure or honor commitments through an alternative path. Everything stays transparent.

Your data is stored in accordance with the PDP Law (Indonesia's personal data protection law) — explicit consent + a lawful basis + audit-only IP hashing (no tracking). We do NOT share data with other contractors or third parties. When the company is live, the data is accessed only by the internal team for batch outreach to offer the Founding Contractor Agreement. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Default: DOWNGRADE to the Free tier (Rp 0). Your profile + portfolio + reviews are NOT lost — only the benefits shrink. If you want to continue on a paid plan: Low Rp 149rb/month (Verified Silver + custom URL), Mid Rp 499rb/month (Featured Gold + custom lead form), High Rp 1.5jt/month (Sponsor Region + custom branding), Custom (enterprise — contact us). Reservation data retention depends on status: (1) Unconfirmed reservation (token expired after 7 days) — deleted automatically after the 7-day TTL. (2) Withdrawn reservation (cancel anytime) — deleted within 24 hours of the request via privasi@solarplanner.id. (3) Confirmed reservation but declined at the PT-live offer — deleted 30 days after the decline. (4) Confirmed + accepted after the company is live — migrated to a formal Contractor Agreement, with retention per Privacy Policy Article 5. The PDP Law Article 30 right to erasure applies at any time.
