I want to report a bug or error in the calculator. Where to?: Email admin@solarplanner.id with the subject 'Bug Report' — include the page URL, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot if available.
How do I request a new article or topic?: Email admin@solarplanner.id with the topic you'd like covered. We prioritise topics with high demand or critical information gaps.
I'm a contractor — why isn't my registration approved yet?: Manual curation takes 5-15 business days. Make sure your certification documents (PLN SLO, SBU, AESI) are complete and your portfolio is filled in. Details at /kebijakan-kurasi.
I'm a user — how do I report a contractor for misconduct?: Email admin@solarplanner.id with the contractor's name and a brief account of what happened. We follow up with the contractor involved, which can lead to suspension if proven.
I want to delete my account or data. How?: Review your rights as a data subject at /kebijakan-privasi, then send a request to admin@solarplanner.id. Under the PDP Law, we process it within 30 business days.
