Every contractor shown in the public directory has passed the five criteria below. Manual verification by the team, not a scoring algorithm.
Certificate of Operational Worthiness (SLO) from the Directorate General of Electricity (Gatrik), ESDM, active status (not expired/revoked).
Construction Business Entity Certificate (SBU) sub-field KE-008 or KE-009 (low/medium-voltage electrical installation).
A minimum of 3 completed PLTS project portfolios with photo documentation / SLO reports / 12-month production data.
Contractor marketing materials must use ROI ranges (e.g. "5-7 years"), not a single number presented as deterministic. "Guaranteed payback in X years" claims are auto-rejected.
Professional/product liability insurance (CPL or PLI) of at least Rp 500M per claim. Transparently disclosed to prospective clients.
